Operating three fixed clinics and a mobile clinic throughout Dallas County, we offer professional healthcare services, mentoring, and community resources that affirm the value of life.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a caring and mission-driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Whether you're a BSN or Associate's-level RN, you must hold an active Texas nursing license in good standing. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, enjoys working directly with patients, and is inspired to serve in a Christian nonprofit setting.
Ultrasound training is available for qualified candidates. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
Schedule
- Day shifts, Monday–Friday
- Occasional evening shifts (Monday–Friday)
- Must be available to work at multiple locations as needed (home base will be designated)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform limited obstetric sonograms, pregnancy testing, vital signs, and other clinical services
- Provide client education and medical counseling in person and by phone, including referrals as needed
- Collaborate with physicians regarding client medical care
- Conduct medical follow-ups as appropriate
- Help train new staff and volunteer nurses
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EMR)
- Participate in monthly staff meetings and ongoing training sessions
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed RN (BSN or ADN) in the state of Texas
- OB ultrasound experience preferred (training provided if needed)
- Demonstrated clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Willingness to work across multiple clinic locations in Dallas County
- A heart for ministry and a desire to serve in a Christ-like manner, offering love and support to women and families in need
- Strong team-oriented mindset and servant leadership
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Previous experience in women's health or crisis pregnancy care
